Despite the renovation work, Schengen is still worth a visit, as you can experience the Schengen Agreement, a milestone in European integration, at every turn. Individuals have the opportunity to experience the Spirit of Schengen, synonym of a borderless Europe, in a guided tour. Our experienced guides provide valuable information about the monuments, explain the Schengen Agreement in detail, and share interesting behind-the-scenes stories.

Guided tour: Schengen is Alive
During this 45-minute tour, our guide explains the history of the Schengen Agreements, the region as well as the monuments. Please note that the tour takes place mainly outdoors, so we recommend wearing clothes adapted to the weather conditions. This offer is for individuals, for organizational reasons we ask small groups to register in advance.
